Welcome 2012 .. (MS Paint) : A tribute to 2011 and welcoming 2012

Welcome 2012... Just an imagination of 2012 new year. This was drawn. The people in the image are in 2012 formation. This was drawn just to be out of the crowd when ample of new year wishes and images were forwarded. This is little unique to me as it was something of my own imagination.

This was just a practice of strokes using the brush tool in MSpaint win 7. The effects are great but still the drawing needs perfection. Long way to go .. this is just a start.

Life is how u see it... this was done with respect to a short poem published in the Speaking tree column from the esteemed newspaper The Times of India. Life is of course the way you perceive... good luck.. :)

This was done in MS paint win xp to try the shading effect.. this was the one literally tried with interest. Hope i did little justice to it.

This was another try in MS paint win xp. Extracted from a google image, another try of black against the dark blue.. In these type if created in MS paint winxp make sure that the background is done first and then the final shadowed drawing is made.. But still i need to improve a lot... need to improve a lotttt.. :)

Lantern.. the shades of black with white...in deep thought. These type are easy to draw as most of the colors are not used. Just need to get a silhouette image, then put it on the canvas. just another try MS Paint

One more scribbling in MS paint. This was just done with the lighter shades, not giving much importance to the detailed effects. Just a doodle kind of, but gave a very good idea as of using the lighter shades with a blend of darker ones to get a smooth effect. representing the grass shades.

Ganesha.. (MS Paint)

Shree Ganesha... A new try in win7 Ms Paint... lot better than Winxp Ms paint. Have Undo for more than three times. This pic was drawn using the brush tool, mostly to give the smudgy drag effect.

Potray.. (MS Paint)

This was just to get familiarized with the pencil tool. This tool needs lots of precession, and mostly in Win xp Ms paint where one can use undo only thrice. This was just a rough try and the wrong strokes were mostly adjusted by overlapping strokes. Self portrayed...inner thought.. (MS Paint)

F.R.I.E.N.D.S .. doodle (MS Paint)

Fluorescent effects were tried with a black background and bright shades of blue and red. This looked brighter in png format but the colors become dull once converted to jpeg format in Windows xp MS paint. This what i just feel the best friend is for.. :)

Eternity ... (MS Paint)

This was mainly tried in Windows xp MS paint. The diminishing shades of blue were done using the filled square tool and by selecting precise step by step colors from the pick color option.

A dream .. (MS Paint)

This is a simple drawing drawn keeping the perspective in mind. The shades of reflection were also tried for the first time. Needs lot of improvement. But yet one more try in MS paint... :)
